C&A is seeking an experienced, data driven, and highly customer focused Business Transformation Value Manager to join our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme.
The mission of the F4F programme is to modernize C&A’s processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that, C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business that allows C&A to scale and offer great availability of products and value for money for customers.
The Business Transformation Value Manager is responsible for ensuring the programme realizes the intended business benefits, as early as possible. The role will work cross-functionally to define KPIs, align goals, track progress, and ensure goals are met.
