Key Responsibilities
Developing Communication Plans:
Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and initiatives.
Drive transformation communication to support organizational changes and initiatives.
Internal Communications:
Establish and measure performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure effective communication
Shape and prepare all internal communication vehicles, including the EIS Newsletter, EIS Connect, Townhall meetings, internal events, and personnel news.
External Communications:
Establish and measure performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure effective communication.
Interface with Group Communications to derive and disseminate external messaging for EIS.
Shape and prepare all external communication vehicles, including press releases and magazine articles.
Support major external communications efforts, such as Investor Relations.
Content Creation and Management:
Craft and oversee the production of communication materials, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and channels.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the company and where applicable beyond.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and corporate communication, to ensure cohesive messaging.
Social Media Management:
Manage the organization's social media presence, coordinating schedules and content to maximize engagement.
Crisis Communication:
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
Completed university degree and several years of professional experience in communications or marketing, ideally in the energy industry
Enthusiasm for our products and solutions and the ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable and convincing way
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal (at least C1)
Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organisation and with technical, commercial and marketing teams
Team spirit, humour and a high level of commitment
Confident in using communication platforms and tools as well as common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
