Responsibilities:
- Creating digital plan drawings for draft designs, building applications, and implementation plans
- Measuring buildings and creating digital representations
- Creating and contributing to service specifications and checking construction invoices
- Communicating with the technical planning team
- Controlling and monitoring implementation and schedule plans on the construction site
- Sending plans and documenting plans
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a construction drafter or construction technician
- Several years of professional experience as a construction drafter and in service phases 3-6 of the HOAI
- Knowledge of ArchiCAD / AutoCAD / Revit
- AVA knowledge (e.g., Buildup) is desirable
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, independence, and social awareness
