About Your Future Role
You will focus on Germany and the PaaS - Payment as a Service program. PaaS is the new frontier of digital payments for both consumer and business customers. It involves creating and marketing innovative, Nexi-managed digital payments products for Financial Service Institutions (FSI), Banks, and Corporates.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Involvement in the Issuing Sales Plan for the DACH Region (Germany):
- Promote PaaS solutions through F2F meetings, events, and channels
- Build strong relationships with market influencers (Schemes, Partners, Consultants)
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, directly or via partners
- Collaborate with the PaaS team (Product, Marketing, IT) to strategize and provide feedback
- Work with Products on pricing, localizing product catalogues, product sheets, and roadmaps to meet local demands
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and market trends to craft compelling value propositions
- Participate in B2B Marketing for the DACH Region
- Coordinate with Nexi Brand and Communication teams to promote solutions, including third-party events
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years experience in sales within payments, issuing, cards, or banking
- Strong network with payments stakeholders in DACH
- Accountability, results-oriented, with a customer-first mindset
- Business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
- Autonomy and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a complex, matrix organization across departments
