Role Overview:

As a Middle Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing our in-house business intelligence and analytics platform. You’ll work on backend services that process and serve data, as well as frontend components that make complex information visually intuitive and easy to interpret.

This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact how we understand and act on our data - enabling smarter decisions and greater impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain backend services for our internal analytics and BI platform
2. Develop intuitive and interactive charts and dashboards using modern frontend frameworks
3. Collaborate with data engineers, designers, and product teams to turn requirements into reliable and scalable solutions
4. Optimize performance and responsiveness across the stack
5. Apply and extend data visualization libraries such as D3.js
6. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

Backend Skills:

• Strong Python skills
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, and asynchronous programming
• Good knowledge of DBs, including PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch

Frontend Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
• Experience with Vue.js is a plus
• Experience working with D3.js or similar libraries for data visualization
