Responsibilities

• Shape the digital transformation of leading companies by evaluating digital capabilities and conducting feasibility studies.
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and ensuring the technical implementation of digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize innovative IT architectures, applying your understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current trends like cloud computing and microservices.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Knowledge of modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics, recognizing their importance in sustainable IT architectures.
• Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary and global teams, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in both German and English to understand and communicate complex topics effectively.
