Job Overview

As an Experienced Consultant based in one of our European offices, you'll be part of our Operations Practice, helping clients solve complex operational challenges through strategic and practical solutions. Our Product Development service line focuses on developing products that meet market needs, generate attractive margins, and enhance brand reputation, supporting clients in making lasting improvements to innovation and business performance.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design and conduct analyses, and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement new product development processes based on lean R&D principles.
• Collaborate with clients to put recommended changes into practice.
• Engage in professional development through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree with excellent academic record.
• Broad experience in product development, including product optimization, R&D projects, and supplier management.
• Proven leadership in professional or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to work on European assignments and travel as needed.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
