Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project schedule by integrating inputs from all functions, units and third parties contributing to the project
• Review production timeline and support priorities and schedules for drawing release
• Present detailed reports of drawings to the management team
• Prepare management progress reports and presentations
• Plan and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders/suppliers as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers on the parts needed to support the program
• Coordinate with the design office to deliver the drawings on time

Ihr Profil

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar or adequate education
• Several years of professional experience in planning and/or controlling in the aeronautical industry (min. 3 years)
• At least 3 years of experience in project planning as part of a project team
• Experience with planning tools such as MS Project
• Proactive communication and problem-solving attitude, strong team spirit, critical analysis of available data, rigor and transparency, and the ability to contribute to decision-making processes
• International mindset and good knowledge of the English language
