Dein Profil

• You have completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/w/d), or further qualification as a logistics master (m/w/d), or an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in logistics or the technical field, ideally focusing on tool technology or maintenance.
• You have leadership experience and a hands-on mentality.
• Knowledge of testing equipment management and special tools is a plus.
• You possess technical understanding and a good sense for processes and workflows.
• You are familiar with warehouse management and ERP systems.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You are communicative with good German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Deine Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the logistics department for tool technology at the Büdelsdorf site, from storage to maintenance and timely supply to our construction sites.
• Collaborate trustfully with team leaders, other department heads, and the logistics area manager.
• Coordinate your teams, promote staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure all special tools for maintenance, repairs, and servicing of wind turbines are available, checked, and ready for use.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize inventories, transportation processes, and tool cycles.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
• Handle cross-departmental communication and interface functions.
• Achieve departmental goals jointly defined with upper management.
• Develop existing processes and implement new logistical solutions in tool management.
