Job Description:

• Work in a cross-functional team using Scrum
• Take responsibility for driving the Caspar Health applications from day one
• Develop intuitive and easy-to-use frontend and mobile applications for our users
• Use your expertise to improve development and design processes
• Interact closely with our design and product team, R&D, CSM, and Caspar Clinic

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Web/Frontend Development, mobile experience is a plus
• Expertise in JS frameworks (React, Angular…)
• Sound experience with React Native (RN)
• Interest in other development areas like mobile and backend; familiarity with TypeScript and/or Ruby on Rails is a plus
• Experience with E2E testing frameworks like Cypress
• Familiarity with state management frameworks like RxJS or Redux
• Good understanding of CSS and UI creation
• High standards for code quality, performance, and user experience
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trying new things
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop high-impact solutions quickly
• Experience with Material library or other design systems is preferred
