Advisor & Value Manager

As an Advisor & Value Manager Strategy (m / f / d), you will implement strategies and innovations for the continuous improvement of business operations. Your areas of expertise include analyzing existing business processes, implementing the corporate strategy, and identifying weaknesses. You will also lead workshops and develop new and existing staff.

Tasks :

1. Management of projects to optimize productivity, processes, and procedures with a focus on increasing value and efficiency
2. Monitoring the sustainability of implemented measures
3. Moderation of workshops and support of teams to optimize process flows
4. Support at workshops and facilitation
5. Guidance of teams towards self-organization and independent success control
6. Development and implementation of tools and processes to increase efficiency and value
7. Analysis of existing business processes, identification of bottlenecks and vulnerabilities
8. Evaluation of process organization and identification of improvement potentials
9. Creation of process documentation
10. Support of programs and projects in implementing process organization
11. Collaboration with relevant departments to successfully implement process changes

Requirements :

1. Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or related fields
2. Good knowledge of product development and project delivery processes
3. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Atlassian tools
4. Fluent in English & German (written and spoken)
5. Knowledge of process management methods and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management)
6. Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
7. Willingness to travel worldwide
8. Strong service orientation and persuasiveness
9. Excellent moderation, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
