A major factor for doing so successfully is to understand our customers' business and IT needs, act as their trusted advisor for the business transformation journey.

The global energy industry is in transition, experiencing fundamental change, at a pace. Climate change, sustainability agenda, rapid growth in renewable energy, technological breakthroughs, and geo-political developments are driving this energy transition. Many industry players are transforming their business models and operations to manage this transition and stay ahead.

You will act as a trusted advisor for our global energy customers, working with them to define, realize, and optimize their digital transformation journeys worldwide.

YOUR PROFILE

• Work experience as an SAP Business Consultant, focusing on business processes rather than IT solutions
• Good understanding of trends in the Energy Industry
• Experience working with customers on their sustainability agenda is a plus
• Experience in large SAP transformation programs
• Strong project management and leadership skills in diverse, international environments
• Knowledge of IT trends and topics
• Experience communicating with C-suite leaders
• Broad knowledge of SAP strategy, product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions), and their impact on business strategies
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture projects, SAP architecture, and roadmap assessments
• Basic knowledge of innovation topics such as Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, IoT, and Machine Learning
• Constructive, open communication style and team spirit
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent English and German language skills
