What You Can Move:

As a Project Engineer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the conception, design, and costing of special projects in the Machinery and Plant Engineering business unit.

  • Independent, active initiation and implementation of special projects from conceptual design to production and successful commissioning
  • Intensive communication with customers, national sales, purchasing, construction, and manufacturing
  • Creation of initial designs up to detailed construction
  • Manage and assist with standardization of items, assemblies, databases, and processes
  • Collaborate with team to achieve schedule, engineering, cost, and quality goals

Your Tasks Include In Detail:

  • Independent, active initiation and implementation of special projects in the machinery and plant engineering business unit, from conceptual design to production and commissioning
  • Intensive communication with customers, sales, purchasing, construction, and manufacturing teams
  • Creation of initial designs up to detailed construction
  • Manage and assist with standardization of items, assemblies, databases, and processes
  • Work with the team to meet schedule, engineering, cost, and quality objectives

That's How You Convince Us:

  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering (FH/Uni/HTL) or equivalent
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable role, especially in mechanical engineering, forming technology, and project management is advantageous
  • Proficiency in German and English in our international environment
  • Willingness to travel and a hands-on mentality
  • CAD knowledge, ideally with Inventor
  • Knowledge of project management techniques (e.g., Kaizen, Scrum, 6S, Lean management) is desirable
  • IT affinity and ERP knowledge
