For our business unit Eco Heating System within R&D Center, we are looking for a

Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) HVAC, Air to Water Heat Pump

Location: Stuttgart

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump Systems and oversee mass production models.
  • Design mechanical components for outsourcing products like Convector, HPWH, etc.
  • Develop and monitor local (Europe) production models of HVAC & air to water Heat Pumps.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Assess and inform solutions for mechanical VOC of HVAC or air to water Heat Pumps in the market.
  • Develop eco-friendly solutions considering GWP reduction.
  • Create new mechanical designs for indoor units based on production localization, including Hydro units and tank-integrated Hydro units using NX tools.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Major in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump structural development.
  • Extensive experience in system part design and specification selection for Air to Water Heat Pumps.
  • Experience with certification processes such as Keymark, MCS, Eurovent, NFPAC.
  • Knowledge of water pipe system design for Chillers and Air to Water Heat Pumps.
  • Proficiency with mechanical design tools, especially NX CAD.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a significant plus.
