The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by FoodPLUS GmbH; a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. FoodPLUS GmbH is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations – from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. FoodPLUS GmbH also serves as the legal entity holding the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency.

We are looking for a Team Lead Strategic Partnerships (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.

What you will do:

  • Lead the Strategic Partnerships team with regards to employee, budget and task management
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, focusing on collaboration opportunities and provide support to access funding where relevant, while ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Plan and implement projects for identified business opportunities with potential and current business partners, as well as developing new business offerings and extended services with the latter
  • Work together with colleagues from other departments and within your own team to leverage our collective expertise and resources to achieve our shared goals and drive innovation throughout the company

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in the field of Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years of practical experience in the public-private relations and partnership development and min. 2 years of experience in managing employees
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environment, fundraising and drafting project proposals
  • Knowledge and understanding of global agri-food value chains, sustainability standards and certification systems is desirable
  • Networking, organisational and project management skills
