Position Purpose:

As a Customer Engangement Manager, you will be a trusted point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Engage with customers worldwide via email, phone, and live chat in German, English, and ideally Spanish.
  • Advise and assist customers with product information, orders, and account management.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to streamline processes and improve private customer success strategies.
  • Support innovation by sharing insights that help refine and optimize service offerings.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Languages: Native German with strong English and Spanish skills
  • Customer Service Experience: Ideally in an international or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Team Spirit: Thrives in a multicultural team where different languages and cultures come together to support a global customer base.
