Technical Project Manager (d/f/m) Financial System

We are looking for you, an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Business Systems & Integration department, with a focus on financial systems. You are a finance technology expert and solution architect who excels both in business and technology. You lead finance Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central implementations and integrations with your deep system related expertise. You will translate business processes into technology solutions, driving project success from initiation to launch and deliver high quality outcomes.

Your Role in our team:

• Lead finance migration projects from legacy systems to Business Central, ensuring transition to the cloud environment

• Oversee finance technology project implementations and work with software engineering teams to specify and develop solutions

• Design and manage technology integrations between Business Central and other systems such as Bank, Salesforce CRM, backend applications and Business Intelligence, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility

• Analyze finance-related business processes, turn them into business technology solutions, ensuring best practices and automation opportunities

• Lead risk assessment, quality assurance and testing for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for critical system issues, applying your deep technical understanding of Business Central

• Administer Business Central system configuration

• Provide end-user training and support to ensure adoption and use of Business Central

• Manage Business Central implementation partner

What you bring to our team:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ERP Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years experience in managing finance technology projects with end-to-end accountability and working with software engineering teams

• 5+ years experience in expertise in finance Business Central

• Hands-on tech experience with finance Business Central cloud migration projects and data migration

• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, business process automation, and finance system integration

• Experienced in risk management and quality assurance, system and user acceptance testing

• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making to align and decide fast

• Accomplished in communication and facilitation thereby creating focus and prioritisation
