Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Internal Technology Administrators, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of internal systems, including servers, networks, office and home-office equipment, Helpdesk system, and internal software tools (Microsoft Entra ID/Intune, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, Telephony solutions such as Aircall, Twilio, etc.).
  • Plan, budget, and execute challenging IT projects to update and improve internal technology and processes, supporting the entire organization.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems through regular audits and updates.
  • Maintain the availability, integrity, and security of IT infrastructure, staying updated with industry trends and new technologies.
  • Support and oversee the procurement, implementation, and utilization of software and hardware in a cost-effective manner, working closely with various departments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for technology usage, system maintenance, backup, security, and modernization.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in a managerial role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong technical background with practical experience in system administration, network management, and software support.
  • Experience in implementing and migrating SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
