About QULECTRA: QULECTRA is a new brand formed by two market leaders in the eMobility field - Wieland Werke AG & Munich Electrification GmbH. We aim to build a team of highly motivated engineers focused on developing best-in-class shunt-based sensors with the highest safety standards, in a friendly and relaxed start-up environment in Munich.

Tasks:

• Acquire new business and customers through cold calls and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Support customers administratively and organizationally
• Help develop a sales structure and quotation system
• Develop sales strategies for new products, customers, and markets
• Prepare complex offers, and handle presentations and negotiations
• Coordinate contracts with customers and legal teams
• Address customer inquiries regarding costs and technical or commercial aspects in collaboration with development and production
• Represent QULECTRA at exhibitions and conferences

Requirements:

• University degree in international business management, industrial engineering, economics, or related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Ambitious, open-minded, structured, service-oriented, flexible, and interested in technology
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Independent, organized, willing to travel
