How you will create an impact :

• Set up and develop our finance and controlling function for our software-as-a-service offerings.
• Develop impactful financial reports and processes leveraging your expertise in software and subscription businesses to drive our software business forward.
• Create financial presentations and share your results with the executives and management board.
• Review monthly profit and loss statements and cash reports with analytical thinking.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports from the country subsidiaries and provide guidance to managing directors and finance teams as needed.
• Ensure financial compliance with group directives through keen attention to detail.
• Develop our financial reporting processes in SAP BI using your software expertise.
• Participate in the global Simon-Kucher Finance network to improve business and finance processes, including introducing document management systems and SAP integration for more subsidiaries.

About you :

• You have experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within the software industry.
• You understand the specifics of subscription-based businesses regarding finance and controlling.
• You are detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
• You enjoy working in an international environment, listening to others’ perspectives, and sharing your own.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
• You are proficient in accounting, reporting, and ERP software, ideally including SAP CO, PS, SD, BI, or SAP front-end tools.
