Your Tasks

• Oversee CD compliance across the global BOT organization
• Create, adapt, and implement centralized group communication guidelines that are brand compliant
• Develop and execute internal and external brand communication activities
• Support and advise central and local teams on brand-related topics, including tools and processes for harmonized execution
• Conceptualize, develop, and approve all brand merchandise (promo articles, fashion catalogues)
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines (Campaign/Content Management)
• Manage digital asset management and the brand hub (graphic hub, content management)
• Support consistent brand rollout throughout the global BOT organization

Your Profile

• Proven experience in marketing communication
• Project management experience in matrix organizations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on projects
• Creative, results-oriented, pragmatic
• Effective communication and networking skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Good English skills (B2/C1 level)
