We are currently looking for a Project Manager for the A320 Family Programme at our client Airbus Operations GmbH, located in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. In this role, you will coordinate integrated planning processes for new aircraft developments and align technical, logistical, and operational requirements with precision.Bring your experience to one of the world’s leading aerospace companies – we look forward to your application!

The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualification, between €82,500 and max. €85,400. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Align commercial requirements with operational capabilities in the areas of configuration management, production, engineering, procurement, and transport – with a focus on Head of Version (HoV) and mini HoVs as interim configurations
  • Establish and maintain an integrated end-to-end planning for HoV & mini HoV
  • Monitor planning adherence and implement corrective measures in case of deviations
  • Represent integrated planning in FCO (Flightline & Customer Operations) Core Teams and cross-functional teams (e.g. Airspace Cabin, A321XLR – Extra Long Range)
  • Contribute to projects aimed at reducing lead times and optimizing development processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless planning workflow

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration (at least Master's or Diploma degree)
  • Long-standing experience in project management as well as several years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Solid expertise in MS Project
  • Business fluent English skills (at least C1) and advanced German skills (at least B2)
  • Resume in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
