Valeo’s VIE Program

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program offers opportunities to work for our subsidiaries around the world.

Join our teams to meet the challenge of accelerating electrification and building Augmented Visibility at Valeo, along with the technological revolution of autonomous and connected vehicles.

The Munich site, part of the Holding Headquarters Group, is seeking a VIE Quality Team Champion for 12 months.

Your responsibilities include:

1. You will coordinate weekly and monthly reporting.
2. You will assist the group customer quality director in achieving objectives, especially customer response performance.
3. You will provide data analysis and reports for the group customer quality director.
4. You will coordinate and support transversal tasks such as reporting standardization, new procedure creation, training plans, and customer knowledge.
5. You will analyze lean reporting methods to improve activity efficiency.
6. You will participate in reviews with the customer quality network.
7. You will serve as the contact point for the customer quality network regarding group requests, communications, and surveys.
8. You will act as the interface between Valeo's quality head office (Paris) and the customer quality network for web-based activities.

About you:

• You hold a master's degree in Engineering.
• You have prior experience in quality.
• You are fluent in English.
• You ideally possess programming skills (Python, VBA, Google Script).
• You have strong communication skills, an international mindset, and are open to new cultures and ways of working.
• You are humble, attentive, positive, professional, and diplomatic.
