Position Details:

  • Hybrid | Full time | Senior (5+ years)

Your Mission:

As a Controller for R&D and Product Management, you will drive innovation by managing the financial aspects of our product portfolio and R&D initiatives. You will use data-driven insights to align with business goals and contribute to sustainable energy solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative change in the energy sector.

Your Tasks:

  • Portfolio Strategies: Collaborate with Business Development, Product Management, and Sales teams. Analyze factory loads, profitability, and market dynamics to shape portfolio strategies and provide feedback to Sales. Identify growth opportunities and align with business goals.
  • Product Controlling: Manage product controlling activities globally. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management.
  • Product Management and R&D Finance: Oversee financial aspects of product management and R&D, including budgets, project reviews, and funding. Work with teams to perform cost and profitability analyses, and evaluate product lifecycle costs.
  • Tools & Dashboard Creation: Develop tools for monitoring R&D project costs and timelines. Create dashboards for real-time insights, ensuring data accuracy and meeting business needs. Collaborate with factories, IT, and data analysts.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or Diploma in Business Economics
  • Experience in a global corporate setting, preferably in Sales or Product management
  • Skills in data analytics, visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and controlling
  • Project management and process optimization skills
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Change management ability
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
