Tasks:

• Technical leadership: Lead a team of 5 experts and young professionals, focusing on key topics.
• Project leadership: Lead development projects to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Capacity planning & recruiting: Assign team members to suitable projects and support hiring processes.
• Quality management: Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Team development: Mentor and develop team members through regular meetings.

What you bring:

Must-have:

• Leadership drive: Experience in leadership topics and team management.
• Front-end development experience: Technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Agile methodologies: Deep knowledge of agile processes.
• Communication skills: Strong teamwork and stakeholder communication skills.
• Language skills: Fluency in German (at least C1) and English, both written and verbal.

Additional plus points:

• Experience in Data-as-a-Service sector.
• Desire for diverse projects and a hands-on Team Lead role.
