As our Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our sales growth. You will own the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals within the midmarket and SME segments. Reporting directly to our CEO, who is currently heading sales, you'll work closely with every department as we build out our processes and expand our reach.

Who We're Looking For

- SaaS Sales Pro: You have hands-on SaaS sales experience focused on midmarket and SME clients with quick direct sales cycles, not long enterprise deals.
- Startup Ready: You're proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love the challenge of building and adapting in a startup where things are still taking shape.
- Proven Closer: With 3-5 years as an AE, you've consistently hit and exceeded your targets. Ideally, AE experience makes up 70% of your career.
- Self-Starter: You've succeeded in early-stage B2B SaaS startups, especially in manufacturing, and know how to build processes and win with minimal support.
- Full Cycle Sales: You generate, manage, and close your own deals—no handholding needed.
- Adaptable: You excel in ever-changing environments and actively shape products and processes as you go.
- Aligned for Growth: You're ready for a competitive OTE with a balanced split and understand this is a hands-on, growth-focused role, not a senior-level sales management position.
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in both German and English, you effortlessly adapt your messaging to resonate with our diverse clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
