Are you an ambitious graduate ready to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of data strategy, tech, and sustainability? The Future Leaders Graduate Program in Business Analytics at Picnic is a two-year launchpad into a high-impact career, where you'll combine sharp thinking with hands-on execution. From day one, you'll join a business team, take ownership of key projects, and grow into a future leader who not only identifies opportunities but makes them happen!

At Picnic, we don't advise from the sidelines; we roll up our sleeves and build. Whether rethinking customer interactions with our app or optimizing electric vehicle routes, we turn ideas into tangible solutions through analytical thinking, smart technology, and close collaboration across teams. Your work will be visible, shared, and impactful.

Tricks of the trade

  • Lead with ambition: Take the driver's seat and redefine the grocery shopping experience for thousands across Germany and beyond. Your ambition to innovate and create impact will help you become a true leader at Picnic!
  • Steep learning curve: Work on projects at the intersection of data strategy, tech, and sustainability, with targeted training in leadership and technical skills, applying them immediately on real business challenges.
  • Solve real-life puzzles: Join a business team and work on high-impact projects from the start, blending hands-on training with immediate execution.
  • Innovate across borders: Training mainly in Düsseldorf and Amsterdam, collaborating with colleagues from France and the Netherlands on cross-border projects.

Sustainability at our core

  • Operate the largest electric delivery fleet in grocery retail, enabling emission-free deliveries.
  • Leverage our app-only model for unmatched data analytics to optimize supply, demand, and reduce food waste.
  • Implement closed-loop recycling systems and programs to prevent food waste approaching expiry.

From learning to leading

Develop well-rounded leaders who combine analytical strength, decision-making, and collaboration skills. Your projects will create direct value for business growth, such as:

  • Personalizing the shopping experience for millions.
