Operational Sales Support (IEFP Trainee Program)

The Operational Sales Support is responsible for maintaining the catalogue and POS materials, managing and maintaining the customer database, samples, and free goods. He/she will prepare presentations with relevant business information and be well-prepared with product information to introduce it to customers, supporting with the best technical information. He/she will assist the Sales Field Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage new listings (master data information)
2. Manage Samples Requests Form and verify data accuracy (including ICP list, NART status, and channel specifics)
3. Send product samples to customers/sales reps, coordinate with warehouse, and arrange shipment
4. Ship campaign trade gifts to customers
5. Prepare presentations for customer meetings, including data analysis and PowerPoint presentations
6. Request general product info from Product Management
7. Create customized campaigns, propose product ranges, discounts, and visual presentations
8. Send Safety Data Sheets, PI Sheets, and pictures to customers and sales team
9. Distribute product descriptions, pictures, catalogues, and flyers

Qualifications:

• University degree preferred (economics, business administration, marketing, etc.) or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience or certifications
• Fluent in English (B2), both written and verbal; Spanish (A2) is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task effectively
