Job Responsibilities

• Verify and post incoming invoices, demonstrating your numerical proficiency.
• Handle supplier reminders with care and precision.
• Ensure accuracy in clearing supplier accounts.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closures.
• Participate in asset accounting for variety in tasks.
• Ensure accurate processing of machine payments to suppliers.
• Contribute to process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training and further qualification as an accounting specialist or similar.
• Experience in processing incoming invoices.
• Self-reliant and organized work approach.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Proficient in SAP and willing to work with other ERP systems.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
