Senior Business Consultant (m / f / d)

Your responsibilities in this role include :

• Undertake the responsibilities of a project manager, facilitating the onboarding of new customers onto our platforms.
• Provide assistance to Infront clients in the implementation and utilization of our Data Manager products.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to our products.
• Collaborate closely with various departments (Development, Content, and Operations) to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Occasionally support the sales process by strategically planning and executing new implementations.
• Contribute valuable input to Product Management, playing a key role in enhancing our products and solutions.

Who you are

• You have a degree in an IT-related field or several years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptionally organized and collaborative team player with a strong emphasis on effective communication.
• Proven project management skills, ensuring precision and efficiency in handling complex tasks.
• You can bring expertise in market data, offering a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
• Proficient in technical skills, including the effective use of APIs and Data Feeds.
• Service-oriented with a consulting mindset, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
• Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements for asset managers, enhancingcompliance capabilities.
• Your English and German skills are fluent.
