To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, Wiesbaden, Amsterdam or Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve we are currently looking to recruit an

End User Services Engineer (f / m / d)

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead the process to understand, plan, and implement solutions for end user devices and services
  • Work as part of a team focused on defining and implementing technical requirements and solutions to address CureVac goals and objectives byenabling end users to work with digital products and services
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for end user devices, applications, and network connectivity
  • Develop practices and processes to efficiently install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals for end users
  • Seek balance between user experience, governance, and operational efficiency to deliver high quality solutions for the company
  • Document and update IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and vendors to find solutions for complex issues

Your Qualifications :

  • University degree in computer science, information systems or related field or an equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in customer service, and problem-solving attitude
  • Deep knowledge of end user services, desktop support or IT helpdesk
  • Expertise in Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and Intune
