What You Can Expect

• Create and maintain highly performant, scalable ML services and integrate models into enterprise infrastructures.
• Design, build, and maintain the ML CI/CD pipeline and workflows, automating data collection, analysis, experimentation, model training, serving, and monitoring in production.
• Train, evaluate, and scale machine learning models.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations, and design suitable solutions.
• Implement ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Contribute to emerging trends in AI and ML development.

What You Bring Along

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and data infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in planning, implementing, and managing ML models and related infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, GitHub, Terraform.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and related tooling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data transformation frameworks like Spark, and big data solutions such as Databricks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in stakeholder management and direct client communication.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in data and database architecture.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Fluency in German.
