Your new passion

• Develop and evolve our enterprise architecture vision, focusing on internal IT and ERP systems such as SAP ECC, Microsoft Dynamics, and other core business process systems including Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Payments, and Subscription Management.
• Assist teams in aligning with the architecture vision by managing a portfolio of initiatives that balance short-term gains with long-term strategic goals. Define architectural principles, standards, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with technical and product leaders to define and prioritize architecture topics within product roadmaps. Understand the full SDLC and measure architecture success against implementation.
• Ensure architecture serves business needs and is impactful. Lead discussions with technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Coach technical leads and engineers in architecture best practices, support solution design, and guide technology decisions.

• Proven experience with enterprise IT architecture in large-scale environments, especially across core business process systems (ERP).
• Strong knowledge of various technologies and platforms, e.g., cloud computing, big data, AI, IoT.
• Ability to translate requirements between architectures into technical designs, with a strong analytical mindset to evaluate trade-offs and drive impactful decisions.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. C1 proficiency in German is required.
