Your Contribution:

  • Responsibility for the direct Spend (COGS) within the Software Category in the Group Procurement Organization, including category development and sourcing strategy implementation.
  • Promotion of strategic initiatives and end-to-end procurement processes for software, contributing to digitization and market innovations.
  • Building effective, trustful relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders.
  • Aligning strategies with business contacts and acting as a trusted advisor for strategic initiatives.
  • Developing and managing strategic supplier relationships and overseeing the sourcing to contracting process from needs assessment to negotiations.

What you bring along:

  • Several years of experience in procurement or software sales.
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of sales, service, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages like Italian or French are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, commercial understanding, and willingness to lead change.
