About the role
In this role as Field Commercial Training Manager, CE&O, you will apply your learning expertise and business knowledge to develop and deploy a learning strategy that enhances the performance of field commercial teams and achieves measurable business outcomes. You will act as a critical partner in therapeutic areas (TA) and affiliates to implement successful learning strategies and drive the adoption of global programs across TAs and countries. Additionally, you will support translating Brand & Disease data into effective learning interventions and enable solutions to meet TA goals and country needs.
You will report to the CE&O Head of Customer Engagement.
Location: Baar, Switzerland, following our 50% hybrid working policy.
What you'll do
- Learning Strategy
- Develop deep business knowledge and collaborate as an L&D expert with TAs/iCOE and country teams to support and enable product and disease learning strategies aligned with the product lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of global programs.
- Coordinate the delivery of world-class learning programs and modules, including new hire, ongoing, and advanced training, product launches, and self-paced learning initiatives.
- Ensure training meets current field needs, using adult learning principles and conducting needs analyses to create impactful programs.
- Assess learning needs, devise scalable solutions, measure results, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Promote a patient-centric mindset and service-oriented culture as foundational elements of learning.
- Communicate clearly about learning programs and maintain awareness of global L&D resources.
- Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across countries, identifying opportunities to scale innovative local programs.
- Manage projects effectively, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and resource negotiation.
- Oversee administrative tasks, budgets, and compliance with policies and SOPs.

- Support the development of training standards and governance, and evolve learning frameworks.
- Encourage experience exchange and continuous learning through community engagement and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- At least 7 years of experience in Learning, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in affiliate and regional roles is preferred
- Proven success in planning and delivering impactful learning programs throughout the product lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills in international settings
- Experience in customer-facing activities is desirable
- Field experience is a plus
- Ability to plan, negotiate, and allocate resources effectively
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
