Junior Full Stack Entwickler

Location: Berlin, hybrid

They operate in a dynamic environment characterized by e-commerce, agile processes, flat hierarchies, and rapid development curves.

They are seeking a Junior Full Stack Entwickler to enhance their product’s customer-friendliness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Completed IT studies with excellent grades (computer science, media informatics, business informatics, or similar) or training as an IT specialist
• Proficiency in software development with languages such as C#, Java, PHP, Python, Go, or other modern programming languages, with initial experience in web or mobile app development
• Experience with databases like MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB
• Interest in front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React
• Initiative and motivation to advance the product, team, and personal development
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills

Responsibilities:

• Developing new features using modern web technologies
• Collaborating with the product management team to understand and implement business requirements
• Further developing and maintaining the overall architecture, including frontend, backend, databases, caches, etc.
• Participating actively in team activities such as code reviews, pair programming, retrospectives, and IT meetings
• Taking responsibility for complex topics early on and acting as a contact point for related questions
• Expanding knowledge through company-wide tech talks, expert chats, tech days, and workshops
• Enjoying flexible working hours with four days in the office and one day remote or from home
• Supporting personal growth through training and regular feedback sessions
