ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee operational implementation phases of laboratory integrations, including assessing current models, planning, and executing integrations while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Carry out operational activities such as equipment procurement, technical requirements, and personnel training.
3. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in partner laboratories.
4. Identify change management sensitivities and develop risk mitigation plans.
5. Analyze partner laboratory processes to assess risks and benefits, and implement necessary actions with cost-benefit considerations.
6. Test and validate new processes before full implementation.
7. Implement operational requirements across various functional teams.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and deploy project requirements.
9. Develop and deliver detailed business and operational plans, including ROI and budgets.
10. Set objectives and goals for projects and ensure their achievement.
11. Work with leadership to define long-term strategic priorities.
12. Coordinate with internal and external groups for successful operational initiatives.
13. Communicate project progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders.
14. Guide project teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
15. Monitor team performance and identify development needs.
16. Engage with leadership and stakeholders as needed.
17. Manage project health, including risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.
18. Innovate to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
19. Participate in enterprise initiatives and special projects as assigned.
20. Uphold ethical standards and organizational values, ensuring accountability and reporting concerns.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with at least 5 years in laboratory operations leadership.
• Experience in laboratory process improvement projects and project management.
• Ability to foster collaborative team environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English and German.
