Paper Packaging Trader CIS-Region Central Asia mfd

Position Overview

1. You will be trained to handle packaging and graphical paper grades for a defined existing customer portfolio in Russian-speaking CIS countries (excluding Russia and Belarus).
2. You act as a sincere intermediary between our suppliers, customers, and business partners.
3. You negotiate and finalize purchase and sales contracts with our suppliers and customers.
4. You explore new sourcing opportunities and acquire new customers.
5. You develop new and maintain existing business relationships through frequent business trips to our customers and suppliers.
6. You attend important trade shows to broaden your scope of possibilities.

Your Profile

1. You have at least 5 years of experience in international trading of paper or other physical commodities.
2. You are persistent in following up on opportunities and enjoy closing deals.
3. You hold a degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification.
4. You speak and write excellent English and Russian.
5. You enjoy working in the CIS & Central Asian markets and understand the mentality and culture of these countries.
6. You possess strong communication skills and excel in building relationships.
7. You are a team player who is willing to assume responsibility.
8. You enjoy traveling to meet customers and suppliers regularly.
9. You thrive in a multinational team environment.
