As an Executive Chef (m/f/d), you are a very important part of our creative team and have the freedom and opportunity to bring your ideas and trends to the menu.

Your varied tasks include:

• Leading, motivating, inspiring, and guiding kitchen staff and culinary apprentices.
• Bringing creative ideas to the design of our menus.
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with HACCP guidelines.
• Providing support to the team across various dining areas, including breakfast, casual fine dining, and buffets for conferences.
• Working closely with the hotel manager and other departments.

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a chef.
• Professional experience as a head chef (m/f/d) or sous chef (m/f/d).
• At least 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Training license is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Passion for good food and creativity.
• Quality awareness.
• Flexibility and commitment.
• Host mentality and an open nature.
