Job Responsibilities

• Develop new logistics processes and implement them in daily operations.
• Onboard new service providers in our 3rd-party logistics and enhance our in-house capacities.
• Negotiate logistics contracts.
• Manage daily logistics for our brands “Wir Kaufen Dein Auto” and “Autohero” across Germany.
• Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network.
• Lead and develop your team members.
• Report directly to our Director of Consumer Logistics Europe.

Qualifications

• German at C1 level, English at least B2 level.
• Several years of relevant experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment.
• Initial leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external partners, especially in contract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple operational challenges under time pressure.
