Join an interdisciplinary team in the construction of a cutting-edge technology center. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project-related activities across various technical trades in collaboration with the project management team. You will serve as the main point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring smooth progress through all project phases.

Main Responsibilities

1. Contribute to achieving project goals related to time, cost, quality, scope, benefits, and risks.
2. Communicate effectively with project management, sub-project leaders, clients, and user representatives.
3. Manage project resources and budgets.
4. Prepare regular project reports and facilitate decision-making, escalations, and feedback loops.
5. Handle interface management for cross-sectional topics and initiate project changes.
6. Assist in risk management, including prevention and mitigation strategies.

Technical Sub-Projects

• Workplace Equipment: Needs assessment (e.g., monitors, printers, port replicators), coordination of cabling, floor tanks, commissioning, and handover to the client.
• Telephony & Emergency Systems: Coordination with EHS officers and construction teams, monitoring installation, procurement, and testing.
• Building Technology & IT Infrastructure: Coordination with construction planning, managing IT distribution and server rooms.
• Site Connectivity & Network Technology: Coordination with providers (e.g., Vodafone, ATOS, Telekom), scheduling, structural inspections, fiber optic coordination.
• Network (WLAN/LAN): Needs assessment, site surveys, construction planning, execution monitoring, documentation.
• Mobile Communication Supply: Coordination with clients and providers, contract management, scheduling, and implementation.

Key Requirements

• Degree in project management, construction, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience managing complex technical projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style.
