We are looking for a Betreuungskraft nach §43b SGB XI (m/w/d) in part-time to strengthen our team at the AWO Seniorenzentrum Burghaun, starting immediately.

Your Tasks

1. Activating individual and group care: support and motivate our residents in their daily activities, such as cooking, painting, or baking together.
2. Contribute to a good life: act as a contact person for our residents and work with our nursing staff to ensure their satisfaction.
3. "Help for self-help": shape daily life with our residents and introduce new ideas into the residential groups.

1. Completed training or qualification according to the guidelines for caregivers (§43b SGB XI, formerly §87b SGB XI).
