Project Manager Asset Commercialization (w / m / d)

Your responsibilities

• Manage, prepare, and execute acquisitions and disposals of renewable projects or portfolios exceeding 0.5 GW annually.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities in core markets such as Germany, UK, France, Poland, Hungary, Italy, and Nordic countries.
• Utilize financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses during M&A processes.
• Perform independent commercial due diligence and coordinate the entire investment process with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead internal project teams and external advisors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Negotiate transaction structures, commercial terms, and documentation (SPA, SHA, DSA) with relevant parties.
• Manage joint ventures, partnership structures, and acquired companies.
• Collaborate effectively within the Renewables team, which includes developers, engineers, offtake managers, and analysts, as well as external partners.
• Report to the Vice President of Asset Rotation & Partnering at Uniper.

Your profile

• Proven experience in managing acquisitions and disposals of renewable energy projects or portfolios of similar scale.
• Strong evaluation skills for investment opportunities in core markets.
• Expertise in financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to conduct independent due diligence and coordinate complex processes.
• Leadership skills to manage project teams and external advisors.
• Negotiation skills for transaction structures and documentation.
• Experience in managing joint ventures and partnership structures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills within diverse, cross-functional teams.
