We are seeking a Projektkoordinator Wegerecht (w/m/d) for our Transformation division, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities: You will oversee land acquisition for our construction and infrastructure projects, managing the process from gathering owner and tenant information to ensuring construction freedom for preparatory measures and track construction, including budget and cost planning. You will also secure necessary permits for construction planning.
Coordination: You will coordinate building and planning feasibility, ensuring all legal and technical requirements are met. You will handle scheduling, reporting of land rights acquisition, and maintain land rights databases. You will also support authorities in administrative procedures such as toleration, possession, and expropriation processes in collaboration with the legal department.
Communication Management: You will manage communications, negotiate with property owners, rights holders, and associations, and inform authorities and citizens about upcoming construction activities. You will review and control compensation rates and agreements related to land damage regulation during construction.
