Job Description

What you will do: As a Partner Acceleration Lead, you will be pivotal in developing and executing partner strategies, particularly with Global System Integrators (SIs), to drive ServiceNow’s growth. You will focus on creating joint go-to-market plans, driving pipeline, and building industry-specific solutions and offerings, especially within the CRM and Industry Workflows in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop GTM strategies with EMEA partners and align with sales teams to generate partner-led business.
  • Act as the SME and primary interface for partners regarding CIWF solutions, managing pipeline building and demand generation.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment on initiatives, track partner-led deals, and support joint business planning with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

To succeed, you should have:

  • Experience in establishing GTM strategies with SI partners across industry verticals.
  • A strong network within industry SMEs and experience with global SIs or enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partner-focused business plans and GTM initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
