Senior Supply Chain Manager

We at delighted to be working with a dynamic and growing Medical Device manufacture based out of the Baden Wurttemburg area of Germany. Due to their continued development and growth they are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager who will join their site leadership team and take charge of shaping their future.

Role Overview

The role will be tasked with completely rebuilding the organisation’s End to End Supply chain infrastructure, including all systems and processes, to ensure that the site and organisation are in the best position to cope with planned development and growth.

Responsibilities

1. Lead teams covering procurement, demand planning, supply planning, production planning, distribution, and warehousing.
2. Design and implement process and system changes across the supply chain, especially within S&OP processes.

Candidate Requirements

1. Degree educated with at least 10 years of supply chain experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
2. Proven success in designing and implementing process and system improvements.
3. Experience in Medical Devices is preferred, but candidates from other sectors will be considered.
4. Fluent in both German and English.
5. Willing to be onsite at least 4 days a week near Aldingen.
