Qatar Airways (QR) has embarked on an exciting transformation journey to enhance customer interactions. We are recruiting for the role of Sales Operations Coordinator.

Location: Frankfurt

Role Overview: Responsible for executing daily sales operations tasks for the Central European region, delivering five-star service to internal sales teams and external trade partners to facilitate revenue-generating activities.

Accountabilities

  1. Operational:
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for sales operations, aligning with Qatar Airways global principles.
  • Execute sales activities including Reservations, Ticketing, Trade/Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Administration.
  • Communicate effectively with trade partners regarding campaigns, policy updates, and fare revisions.
  • Maintain and report on trade partner database and performance metrics.
  • Support sales teams with key clients and maintain accurate reporting for account management.
  • Mentor junior team members to uphold high service standards.
  • Handle sales activities such as reservations, refunds, billing disputes, and client travel arrangements.
  • Oversee refunds processing and collaborate with departments on ticketing audits, maintaining Galaxy, Salesforce, and Trade portal platforms.
  • Generate and share monthly performance reports.
  1. Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in reservations/ticketing, sales support, tariffs, distribution, or business analysis.
  • Good knowledge of airline processes and GDS systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and efficiency-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to be part of a new team, contribute ideas, and support build-up efforts.
  • Legal right to live and work in the EU; must be based in Frankfurt.
