Sales Manager - Public Charging

To reach our goal we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Germany and drive our expansion. As a Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales Managing Director of Qwello Germany, you will be in charge of growing our footprint in Germany, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and shaping our long-term sales strategy.

  • Foster and grow the customer base in public and semi-public space
  • Focus on fostering connections and creating bonds with city representatives, municipalities and public institutions
  • Be part of the long-term strategic planning of sales in Germany to achieve growth and profitability objectives
  • Derive market segments and the according approaches with relevant portfolio and product features to match our customer requirements and exceed their expectations
  • Identify relevant tenders and drive application processes
  • Ensure that the sales approach is properly structured and documented in our CRM tool
  • Proactively share knowledge and experience with the team
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Management and Tech teams
  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Extensive knowledge in working in a B2G environment with public institutions, cities and municipalities
  • First experience with EV charging infrastructure is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others
  • Ability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities
  • Availability to travel throughout Germany
  • Fluency in German and English
  • A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
  • Flat hierarchies with an efficient decision-making processes without red tape
