Ground Operations & Loading Master (d/m/f)

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Ground Operations & Loading Master (d/f/m) to organize and monitor shipment of goods from site to site (plant to plant, plant to FAL, and plant to supplier) in accordance with predefined contractual incoterms.

Responsibilities include ensuring loading/unloading operations using all necessary means in accordance with Airbus processes and safety procedures, maintaining an up-to-date logistics & transportation database, and guaranteeing on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate/manage operational transport/loading teams
• Oversee all activities of loading/unloading within a designated perimeter
• Ensure document accuracy and communication between stakeholders (TCU, LM, GC)
• Ensure task compliance with applicable regulations and rules
• Contribute to delay recovery, prioritizing safety

Desired skills and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ground operations/loading
• Bachelor or Master degree in logistics or equivalent
• Languages: German (native), English (negotiation level), French/Italian/Spanish (nice to have)
• Strong international communication skills
• Willingness to work independently and control processes
• High organizational skills
• Willingness to travel
