Position Details:

• Full-time, immediate start, permanent position in Coburg

What You Can Expect:

• Technical responsibility for the development and operation of digital services
• Technical and functional leadership of an interdisciplinary team without line management responsibility
• Complex planning, steering, and conceptual tasks including budget responsibility
• Design of the digital customer interface within a specific digital service
• Ensuring strategic alignment in initiating digital projects with the business lead
• Defining and ensuring strategic goals and key performance indicators for the service

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
• Several years of relevant leadership and project experience, preferably in agile teams
• Comprehensive insurance-specific knowledge, ideally cross-sector
• Experience in agile software development and DevOps
• Knowledge of design processes and methods for web application user interfaces
• Strong analytical skills with experience in finance and controlling tools and processes
• Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new tasks
